APARTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for choosing us and welcome to Apartments La Casa del Aceite.

RECEPTION
We are boutique self catering apartments therefore we don´t have 24 hours reception desk. However, we are always available on call or message, and nearby happy to attend anything you may need during your stay

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT
Standard check in time is 14:00 and departure 11:00. If when you check out there is no staff at reception you can leave them in the dropbox by the door of reception
​
SOFA BED
Sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa are in the canopy under the bed, as well as ironing board and the clothesline. To open the sofa bed you just need to pull the back cushions towards you and it rolls out.

TV
We have a variety of TV channels. Language can be changed from Spanish to English in the settings menu. Ask our staff for details.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, glasses, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle for tea, blender... There is an iron and ironing board. Please check the steam for any particles, we are not responsible for any damages to your garments.
ENTRANCE DOOR
Please make sure the building entrance door is closed when you leave

AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is activated on the wall panel, press the auto icon until either the snow icon for cold or the sun icon for heating appears on the display and then select the desired temperature. By default it is not possible to put on heating during hot season or cooling during cold seasons, if you wish to override this you
can request it to our staff.
NO SMOKING
No smoking is allowed inside the apartments. You may smoke in the common areas, like the courtyard, the galleries or the rooftop. Thank you for your collaboration.

NOISE
We want you to enjoy a peaceful stay so we ask you not to make noise during the hours of rest, especially in the common areas

DAMAGES
We hope you feel at home as well as take care of it as such. If you find any damages please report it as soon as possible so that we can fix it. If leaving the apartment, management discovers there are missing items belonging to the apartment it may charge your card prior notification.
